The TestIT is a Hungarian-owned IT service provider based in Budapest, with a new office in Pécs since September 2022. Since 2016, we’ve been supporting, testing, and coordinating enterprise-level IT developments. Our services include establishing company-wide testing methodologies and automating business processes. In addition to our strong expertise in testing and automation, we have outstanding references in large-scale project management. While we continue to work with key players in the Hungarian telecommunications, banking, insurance, and energy sectors, we’re also delivering international projects with our local team.

01 Tasks awaiting you

Active participation in the implementation of the company's growth strategy and the exploitation of new business opportunities
Work closely with company management to understand and map requirements and design service sales solutions
Reaching, engaging and building relationships with prospective clients
Maintaining a close working relationship with existing clients

Developing and presenting proposals for specific services to clients
Sales side collaboration with the internal delivery area in the planning and preparation of projects
Forecasting and managing opportunities in CRM

02 Requirements

At least 3 years sales experience
Knowledge of sales principles and tools
English at a conversational level
Open to learning new things
Customer-oriented, proactive attitude, organised, dynamic personality

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, creativity
Precision, credibility, excellent situational awareness
Autonomy while being a team player

03 Nice to have

Experience in or openness to IT, IT sales
German language skills
Experience with foreign clients, customers
