We are looking for an IT support specialist who ensures that new colleagues receive properly prepared and configured devices and supports the operation of the IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing the hardware and software environment, administering Microsoft 365 and Azure systems, and ensuring compliance with IT security and network principles.

We ensure our team's results through our own internal training system, and keep the good mood high with regular team-building programmes inside and outside working hours. 01 Tasks awaiting You

Preparation of IT devices for new hires (installation and configuration of laptops)
Retrieval and reuse of departing colleagues' devices
PC Support Level 1 tasks (installing applications, configuring printers, basic troubleshooting)
Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment (managing user accounts, setting permissions)

Operation of the Azure infrastructure (basic administrative tasks)
Compliance with and enforcement of IT security rules
Monitoring of network devices and connections, troubleshooting issuesv
Maintaining documentation and knowledge sharing with the team

02 Requirements

Studies in IT or a technical field (ongoing or completed)
Operational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 service package
Operational knowledge of Azure architecture
Basic knowledge of IT security and a security-conscious mindset
Basic network knowledge (IP addresses, Wi-Fi settings, VPN, DHCP, DNS)

Strong service-oriented mindset, customer-centric thinking
Precision, reliability, and independence
Good communication skills and a team player attitude
