The TestIT is a Hungarian-owned IT service provider based in Budapest, with a new office in Pécs since September 2022. Since 2016, we have been supporting, testing, and coordinating large-scale corporate IT developments. In addition, we design enterprise-level testing methodologies and work on business process automation. Alongside our expertise in testing and robotics, we also have excellent references in large-scale project management. In the Hungarian market, we serve clients from the telecommunications, banking, insurance, and energy sectors, and we are also involved in international projects with our domestic team.

01 Tasks awaiting You
- Agreeing on the new features to be tested, the scope of the regression tests to be performed per release, the status and completeness of the test cases of the systems concerned
- Gathering the test data and resources needed for testing
- Checking the fault-free availability of environments, including them in the test plan
- Request test environment and test system privileges
- Preparation and approval of a test plan (containing the necessary technical information)
- Checking the correct functioning of the test management and ticketing systems involved in the documentation of testing
- Coordinating and controlling the testing process and the necessary administration
- Ensuring the implementation of operator tests
- Organisation and coordination of business and UAT tests
- Organising and conducting the evaluation of the testing with the necessary bug reviews
- Organisation of replacements, updates and creation of test cases to test new functionalities of the systems concerned by the project
02 Requirements
- Higher vocational education
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing (manual or automated) and 2 years as a test manager/test coordinator
- Knowledge of testing, test automation and development methodologies (e.g.: keyword-based, behaviour-based)
- Enterprise infrastructure skills (test environments)
- Knowledge of basic process systems: ERP, CRM, BI, DMS, Workflow, Calc
- Knowledge of ticketing and test management tools (professional requirements)
- Knowledge of project (agile and classical) and development methodologies
- ISTQB foundation certificate
- Communication skills in English or German
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, structured thinking, consistent and credible leadership personality
