TestIT is a Hungarian-owned IT service provider with offices in Budapest and, since September 2022, in Pécs. Since 2016 we have been supporting, testing and coordinating IT developments in large enterprises. We also develop enterprise-level testing methodologies and automate business processes. In addition to our testing and robotisation competencies, we also have excellent references in enterprise project management.

In addition to our clients in the Hungarian market in telecommunications, financial institutions, insurance and energy, we are already working on international projects with our domestic team.

01 Tasks awaiting You

Assess, understand, specify and verify development needs and business requirements
Preparation and negotiation of business specifications and documentation
Analysis and review of development documentation
Assessment and analysis of business processes, preparation of flow charts

Performing and supporting system administrator tasks
Professional liaison with the development, process management and customer areas
Compilation and presentation of surveys, reports, dashboards
Participation in testing and coordination where necessary

02 Requirements

Higher vocational education
At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, systems administrator, systems support
Knowledge of project and development methodologies
Experience in process modelling, process visualisation
English language skills at a communicative level.

Knowledge of tools supporting software design and process or requirements modelling (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Bizagi, MS Visio)
Structured thinking, systems approach
Precision, consistency, thoroughness
Good communication and cooperation skills

03 Nice to have

Knowledge of rating methodologies and rating systems
Knowledge of process modelling standards (UML, BPMN, EPC)
Software development skills (Java, Python)
Knowledge of SQL
Experience in project coordination or test coordination
