TestIT is a fast-growing IT service company. We’re based in Budapest and have an office in Pécs as well, plus a subsidiary in Munich, Germany. Our work covers data management, artificial intelligence, support and coordination of large-scale IT developments, software testing, and business process automation. Besides our strong skills in automation, we also have solid experience in project management. We launched our AI and Data division to help our clients work more efficiently using the latest technologies.

In Hungary, we work with major clients from the telecom, banking, insurance, and energy sectors, and we also contribute to international projects with our local team.

01 Who are we looking for?

Would you like to work on real AI projects in a place where AI is not just talk?

We’re looking for an AI Engineer who’s not afraid of complex challenges and enjoys building scalable, reliable AI solutions in an enterprise environment.

02 Your responsibilities

Designing and implementing multi-agent and agentic AI solutions
Developing Machine Learning models and building MLOps frameworks
Actively participating in end-to-end AI development, from back end to front end

Testing and validating AI / ML solutions
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders
Contributing to the development of AI-driven products and services

03 What we expect from you

At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure
Strong Python skills (minimum 5 years)
Experience in designing, developing and testing AI-driven products

Ability to design solutions based on business processes
Confident English communication skills
Availability for on-site work 3 days per week
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

04 Nice to have

Experience from modern, AI-driven projects
Coordination experience between business and development teams
AI/ML development experience on other cloud platforms (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) or on-premise
Software development experience (Back End / Front End)

Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
Software testing experience
German language skills
