TestIT is a fast-growing IT service company. We’re based in Budapest and have an office in Pécs as well, plus a subsidiary in Munich, Germany. Our work covers data management, artificial intelligence, support and coordination of large-scale IT developments, software testing, and business process automation. Besides our strong skills in automation, we also have solid experience in project management. We launched our AI and Data division to help our clients work more efficiently using the latest technologies.

In Hungary, we work with major clients from the telecom, banking, insurance, and energy sectors, and we also contribute to international projects with our local team.

01 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an agile, technology-focused AI Project Manager who can bridge the gap between complex technology stacks and business needs and successfully deliver the projects of the future.

02 Your responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management: Planning, coordinating, and delivering AI-based software development and innovative AI-driven testing projects for enterprise clients.
  • Stakeholder management: Close collaboration with client-side decision-makers, gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Team leadership: Coordinating and motivating dedicated cross-functional teams consisting of developers, data scientists, and QA engineers.
  • Governance and control: Proactively managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Methodology support: Supporting the adoption of AI-driven testing approaches and modern QA processes at client organizations.

03 What we expect from you

  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant IT project management or IT consulting experience. Experience in software development or complex testing projects is a strong advantage.
  • AI & Data affinity: You do not need to code, but you should understand the operating principles of machine learning (ML), large language models (LLMs), data engineering, and data-driven systems.
  • Languages: Confident, business-level English and native-level Hungarian, both written and spoken.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to apply them flexibly.
  • Personality: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a client-focused can-do attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with technical teams.

04 Nice to have

  • Business-level German language skills (a major advantage due to our clients in the DACH region).
  • Project experience in enterprise environments, particularly within banking, telecommunications, or energy sectors.
  • Previous experience with QA, test automation, or AI-driven testing tools and environments.
  • Relevant international certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Product Owner).
