01 Who are we looking for?

Would you like to work on data solutions that genuinely support business decision-making?

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who is confident working with SQL, data modeling, and the modern data stack, and who enjoys building reliable, scalable data models and transformations in an enterprise environment.

02 Your responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining normalized and dimensional data models for reporting and analytics purposes
  • Developing and optimizing DBT transformations and data pipelines to build reliable and scalable data solutions
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate analytical and reporting requirements into technical data models
  • Developing and enhancing Power BI reports and dashboards based on enterprise data sources
  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis
  • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and proper data management across reporting and integration solutions
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of data architecture, data modeling standards, and reporting best practices

03 What we expect from you

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or Data Engineering projects
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex query development and performance optimization
  • Proven experience in designing normalized and dimensional data models (Star and Snowflake schemas)
  • Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformation, data modeling, and testing
  • Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration patterns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise data and reporting environments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

04 Nice to have

  • Experience from modern, AI-driven projects
  • Coordination experience between business and development teams
  • AI/ML development experience on other cloud platforms (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) or on-premise
  • Software development experience (Back End / Front End)
  • Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
  • Software testing experience
  • German language skills
