TestIT is a Hungarian-owned IT service provider with offices in Budapest and, since September 2022, in Pécs. Since 2016 we have been supporting, testing and coordinating IT developments in large enterprises. We also develop enterprise-level testing methodologies and automate business processes. In addition to our testing and robotisation competencies, we also have excellent references in enterprise project management.

In addition to our clients in the Hungarian market in telecommunications, financial institutions, insurance and energy, we are already working on international projects with our domestic team.

01 Your responsibilities

Contact with new entrants, onboarding tasks, preparation of documents
Supporting HR administrative tasks and processes, participating in process development and systems implementation
Events, training, office work organisation Tasks

Searching, screening and interviewing ideal candidates for our positions
Active participation in probationary performance appraisal interviews
HR support for the motivation and well-being of our colleagues
Coordination and development of internal communication

02 Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in HR
MS Office skills
Communication skills in English
A proactive and solution-oriented approach

A cheerful, helpful personality
Excellent communication and organisational skills
AND above all, love of HR, people

03 Nice to have

Higher education in economics/human resources
German language skills  
HR experience in IT sector / IT recruitment
