01 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager / Test Coordinator who confidently oversees and coordinates the entire testing process from planning to evaluation.

Our ideal candidate has a structured mindset, effectively coordinates multiple stakeholders and systems, and communicates efficiently with both business and IT teams.

Quality is a top priority for them; they proactively manage risks and support successful releases with a strong leadership approach.

02 Your responsibilities

Aligning on new functionalities to be tested, defining the scope of release-based regression testing, and coordinating the status and completeness of test cases across affected systems
Collecting test data and the necessary resources required for testing
Ensuring the error-free availability of test environments and documenting them in the test plan
Requesting access rights for test environments and test systems
Preparing and obtaining approval for the test plan, including all required professional information
Ensuring the proper operation of test management and ticketing systems used for test documentation

Coordinating and monitoring the testing process and related administrative tasks
Ensuring the execution of operational tests
Organizing and coordinating business and UAT testing
Organizing and conducting test evaluations, including defect reviews
Coordinating the maintenance, update, and creation of test cases for existing systems and new functionalities

Relevant higher education degree
At least 1 year of experience in software testing (manual or automated) and 3–5 years of experience in a Test Manager / Test Coordinator role
Knowledge of testing, test automation, and development methodologies (e.g. keyword-driven, behavior-driven approaches)
Experience with enterprise IT infrastructures and test environments
Basic knowledge of business process systems: ERP, CRM, BI, DMS, Workflow, Calc

Experience with ticketing and test management tools
Knowledge of project (agile and traditional) and development methodologies
ISTQB Foundation certification
Communicative level of English or German
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and a consistent, credible leadership personality
